MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The fine print...

  1. Membership Duration: Your membership lasts for a rewarding 12 weeks, and by staying committed to the entire duration, you'll unlock enhanced benefits and achieve optimal results.  The weekly cost of your membership will be automatically debited from the designated account to ensure uninterrupted access to the benefits and services throughout the period.

  2. Booking Eligibility for First Appointment: To ensure the smooth functioning of our membership program and to provide you with the best experience, the first appointment for new members can be scheduled after the completion of the 4th payment. This policy allows us to establish a strong foundation for your membership benefits, ensuring you have ample time to immerse yourself in the program before your initial appointment.

  3. Failed Direct Debit: If a direct debit fails in a month, a $30.00 processing fee will be charged and your membership will be suspended until paid.

  4. Membership Renewal: At the end of each 12-week period, membership renewal is not automatic. To continue enjoying the benefits of your chosen plan, you will need to sign up again for another subscription cycle.

  5. Appointment Scheduling: Members are required to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure availability. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a deduction from the membership benefits or cancellation of the appointment.

  6. Validity and Usage: Membership benefits are valid for the duration of the subscribed period. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward to the next subscription cycle.

  7. Cancellation and Changes: Should you decide to cancel your membership in the middle of a subscription cycle, please note that refunds or credits for unused weeks will not be provided. In the event of cancellation, any utilized benefits will be considered based on the original pricing of the treatments, and you may be required to pay the difference between the total amount paid and the actual cost of the services received.


  8. Note: At Totally RAD Beauty, we are continuously striving to improve your membership experience. We may occasionally make changes or enhancements to the skin membership program. If any updates occur, rest assured you will receive a minimum of one month's notice, ensuring you are always well-informed and giving you time to adapt to any exciting improvements we bring your way. Your satisfaction remains our top priority throughout your membership journey.
